Returns

General return policy

  • Returns must be accompanied by store receipt.
  • Products to be returned within 4 days for store credit only — no cash refund.
  • Store credit valid 2 years from issue date.

Online order returns: all returns must be made within 4 days of purchase and proof of purchase is required (receipt). If the amount of the return is under $10, depending on the circumstances we will issue a credit back to your card for that item. Any claims over $10 will be at the discretion of the manager and handled on a case by case basis. We ask that you do not discard the product until speaking with us. In some instances we may pick up the product or ask for photos.

Gift card return policy

  • No refund payments (cash or credit) on gift card returns, only store credit.
  • Returns on damaged gift cards will be transferred to a new gift card at the balance of the return.
  • All returns for purchases made using a gift card will result in credit to the card or issuance of a new card in the amount of the return. Cash refunds will not be given for purchases made with gift cards.
